Tom has spent a career as both a restaurant operator and Kitchen manager. He enjoyed more than 20 years as General Manager of Ruth’s Chris Steak House as well as both an operations and kitchen manger with Chart House. Along with his wife, Suran, Tom owned and operated Sabai-Sabai mobile Thai food truck in the Orlando area. Tom has first level Sommelier certification.

Jenneffer is a social entrepreneur and champion of global cuisine. She was born and raised in Orlando, but she spent many months in Europe and Asia, which influenced her understanding of global foods. Today, Jenneffer is a podiatric surgeon with her own private practice, The DeLand Foot and Leg Center, and also serves as the Wine and Beverage Director at Cress.
A native of Thailand, Suran has a passion for hospitality. She enjoyed working in many international hotels and restaurants throughout Bangkok. With the Marriott organization, Suran transferred to the US in 1997 and eventually found her home in the restaurant industry. She spent time as a server with both independent restaurants and corporate chains. Suran was also co-owner and Chef of her Thai food truck, Sabai-Sabai Mobile Thai in the Orlando area.
Phil developed a love for cooking by helping his mother cook for the family. With initial guidance from the Betty Crocker cookbook, Phil built a foundation for his culinary career feeding his brothers and sisters. Always striving for excellence, Phil has been fortunate to work & learn alongside many well-respected chefs in the culinary community. Phil is thankful to have a beautiful fiancé that encourages him to do what he loves. They have a two year old daughter who is currently only interested in mac n cheese, but he’s working on that.
